Rich chocolate brown color with characteristic cocoa aroma. Bean count of 95-100 per 100g, meeting EU export standards. Fat content of 54-58%. Perfect for chocolate manufacturers, cocoa processors, and export. Rainforest Alliance and UTZ certified farm.
