Live African catfish (Clarias gariepinus) raised in clean, well-aerated ponds using quality fish feed. These catfish are 1-1.5kg each, with firm flesh, minimal fat, and no muddy taste. Fed with floating pellets for the last 2 weeks before harvest to ensure clean flavor. Delivered alive in oxygenated tanks to ensure maximum freshness. Perfect for pepper soup, catfish barbecue (point-and-kill), and smoking. We can also supply smoked or dried catfish on request.
