Dried Catfish (Stock Fish)

Sun-dried catfish processed the traditional way for long shelf life without refrigeration. Fish are split open, salted lightly, and dried for 5-7 days until completely hard. Retains all protein and nutrients. Soak in warm water for 30 minutes before cooking to rehydrate. Excellent for soups, stews, and traditional dishes. Stores for up to 6 months in a cool, dry place.
